• As a writer, I crafted over 800 pieces on various topics, making sure they are informative, evidence-based, engaging, and optimized for search engines. 
• As an editor, I created technical assignments for the writers, as well as proofread and edited their content. 
• As a manager, I was responsible for all client communications and staff training. I also worked closely with the client’s content marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and took part in outreach marketing, e.g. using HARO.
